l Print immediately after mounting the plate and registration, next time no need registration again, improve the yield.
l Replacing a set of plate roller (unloaded old roller, installed 4 new roller after installing), it only take 20 minutes to registration and start printing(depending on the proficiency of operators).
l This machine first time mounting a plate, Run with Electric quantitative positioning rapid registering system at machine speed 50m/min, printing plate horizontal/vertical register can be done in 5 minute (depending on the proficiency of operators).
l Maximum production machine speed up to 250m/min, registration accuracy ±0.15mm. registration accuracy do not change during printing speed accelerating/decelerating.
l When machine stopped, printing material’s tension can be maintained, material do not run offset.
l The whole productive process from material feeding to finished product winding, achieved non-stop continuous production. maximize product yield.
l With precision structural, easy to operate, easy maintenance, high degree of automation, only one person can operate this machine.

Single station shaftless unwinding→floating roller→servo traction→floating roller automatic EPC→servo 2 roller cold drawing→4 color printing (1~4 color)→video inspection→ drying after printing → floating roller → automatic EPC floating roller → double station surface winding
