.Core plate mounting specification

1.High precision positioning system

Visual recognition system: equipped with high-resolution industrial cameras and advanced self-developed image recognition software, it can quickly and automatically identify the positioning marks on the printing plate.

Industrial cameras: 2 high-resolution industrial cameras, which will automatically shift to the accurate position under the drive of servo motors based on the cylinder plate data input by the operator.

Laser pointer: The camera lens equipped with laser pointer, according to the guidance of tat, the operator only needs to place the cylinder plate in the approximate position on the base plate.

Positioning base plate: The base plate divided into two parts, the front plate fix printing plate air suction, the rear plate fix printing plate by pneumatic pressure plate. After placed printing plate, the positioning base plate will automatically fix the plate and move to right position precisely under the drive of three motors.

Printing plate combine function: It can achieve repeated positioning and mounting for multiple printing plates on one core cylinder function according to the data input by the operator. The horizontal side auto positioning by the industrial camera with servo motor drive. Rotating direction will automatically positioned by the rotation of the plate roller sleeve driven by the servo motor.

2. Cylinder plate mounting module

Cylinder mounting impression roller: Using high elasticity and wear-resistant rubber roller, surface of it is specially treated to ensure that it can provide sufficient plate mounting pressure when touching the printing plate and without damaging the surface.

Sleeve installation: The sleeve installed on the core shaft which is driven by servo motor and equipped with a Mira valve on the surface. When installing the printing sleeve, the inner cavity of the core shaft will inflated and can be rotated around the servo motor end as the axis; Before mounting, the sleeve automatically rotates to zero position. During mounting, the sleeve rotates forward or backward under the command of the foot button to achieve pasting (the core shaft size is determined by the customer)

Printing cylinder installation: Printing cylinder placed on the brackets. Cylinder gear meshes with the gear driven by the servo motor on the left bracket, the other end locked by the pneumatic locking hook on the right bracket. The right bracket can move left and right to achieve compatibility with different widths of cylinder. Before mounting, wait till the cylinder automatically rotates to zero position. During mounting, the cylinder rotates forward or backward under the command of the foot button.

Core shaft lifting driven by two servo motors and a high-precision ball screw, which can automatically lift to the plate mounting position based on the initial input data by the operator. This position can be auto fit according to printing cylinder size and no need to repeatedly adjust the lens.

Cylinder bracket lifting: Cylinder bracket lifting driven by two servo motors and a high-precision ball screw, which can automatically lift to right height based on the initial input data by the operator. This position can be auto fit according to printing cylinder size and no need to repeatedly adjust the lens.

Tape holder: The tape holder is kept parallel to the sleeve core shaft (plate roller bracket).
